Start with any template and rename the columns only when needed. Schedule templates use date, time, title, duration_min, location, category, notes. Roster, duty, and fee templates use the headers Q Organizer already recognizes. You can import a template multiple times; duplicates on the same day/time or matching roster contact are skipped during review.
